Are There Sites Available?
Due to our longstanding relationships with many Real Estate Developers across the country, Charley's often has an inventory of prospective sites that are available immediately. Occasionally we also have corporate locations that are available for resale.

What Cities Are Open for Development?
Currently there is opportunity for development in most of the cities in the United States.

What if I Have My Own Site?
Once you have successfully completed the Orientation, Charley's Real Estate team will carefully evaluate prospective sites. All sites must meet the required criteria and be approved by the corporate office prior to securing a lease.
